Ordering and getting my design across was quick as the team was so responsive! Absolutely love the box design they came up with within a short period of time too. Very fortunate to receive it ahead of the committed time and it made me so happy to receive it true to the design. 10/10 will recommend!

I'm not a mahjong person and of course confused with the ordering. With great help from Agnes who patiently explained to me on the details and processing steps that help me to decide on my order. Of course with her close followups too. Upon receiving the set yesterday, indeed my family was truly impressed with the final product. It was excellent and beautifully made. It was a breeze. Exceeds expectation and even arrived earlier than said time.

It’s damn efficient! Despite the long waiting duration, but it’s understandable due to the customisation difficulties. They’re able to give an accurate estimate completion date! I was expecting it to have some delays due to PH and all, but nope! They’re still able to produce it. And the delivery is more efficient! Literally the next day will be delivered ! And they are very nice during the discussion on the customisation!
